We had a great stay at this place. The location was perfect, being very close to the historic centre. It was so convenient to explore the main street and all the shops and restaurants nearby. The staff here provided excellent service, from room service to dry cleaning, they took care of all our needs. We also enjoyed the welcome drink upon arrival, a nice touch that made us feel valued as guests. The room amenities were top-notch, with a mini-bar, ironing facilities, and a comfortable sitting area. We especially loved the terrace with its soundproofed rooms and garden furniture, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.
We would highly recommend this hotel to our friends. It offers a great location, excellent service, and luxurious amenities.

The hotel had a prime location, just steps away from the main street and historic centre of the city. the breakfast offered a good range of dishes and the coffee was tasty. the room was comfortable and had secure private parking, with plenty of opportunities for relaxation in the wellness center.
The lack of air conditioning in the rooms made it extremely uncomfortable, especially in the summer months.

The building had a charming look with a peaceful internal courtyard perfect to relax after a busy day. the breakfast was delicious with a nice variety of dishes. the private parking was very convenient, and the location was great, just a few steps from the city center.
Our room was a big letdown. There was no fridge, no air conditioning, and the bed was uncomfortable.

Great location, clean and calm hotel with friendly staff. Pottery classes and museum on site make for unique experiences. Rooms are a good size and the Wi-Fi is reliable.
No air conditioning, making summertime stays uncomfortable. Some rooms have limited window openings, exacerbating the heat issue.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Zsuzsanna at reception, were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure that my needs were met. I particularly appreciated their help in providing me with directions to a nearby village, where I needed to collect some friends. The hotel's location was very convenient, as it was close to the main street in this city, and also near the historic center. This made it easy for me to explore and enjoy the local attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the room I stayed in was comfortable and well-maintained.
Can't fault anything about it.
